He can find money in the budget to do this, but not to fund pensions and make payments to hospitals and doctors for state-sponsored medical benefits?I'm tired of him holding the medical community hostage by forcing them to treat the poor and then not reimbursing them for their services. We're chasing good doctors out of this God-forsaken state every day!
